Some Texans are wary of election integrity due to irregularities in voter registration, mail-in ballots, Big Tech interference, and counting procedures. Many Texans also are unaware that each of the state’s 254 counties selects its own voting methodology: all paper, all electronic, or a combination of paper and electronic voting. These choices often are driven by available funding. But while respecting each county’s fiscal considerations in production of elections, we must uniformly:
- Purge voter rolls of ineligible voters, deceased individuals, those registered in multiple states, and those with duplicate registrations within Texas.
- Increase voter verification through ID and signature authentication.
- Allow public observation of voters and vote tabulation.
- Aggressively investigate and prosecute voter fraud.
